Before you come
What should I bring to my appointment?
Nothing at all. Robes, slippers, towels and a locker are ready in your room. Please arrive 10 minutes early so the treatment starts on time.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes, if a slot is still open. Same-day times show in the online booking, or call or WhatsApp +65 6000 0000.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Message us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will move it or cancel it at no charge.
I am pregnant or have a health condition. Can I still book?
Please tell us when you book. Some treatments, such as warm stone, are not suitable, and we will suggest a gentler option. If you are unsure, check with your doctor first.
How can I pay?
Card, PayNow or cash, after your treatment. No payment is taken when you book online.
